We frequently get calls from a dairy farm in Modesto when they’re ready to retire goats. Lately, the farm has been downsizing and preparing to retire— and for the first time they’ve been releasing pregnant and baby goats, so we try to get them to safety if we’re able.
Mama goat, Cruella, gave birth to two beautiful babies, Bowie and Ziggy, on 5/5. Sadly, Cruella, was very sick when she was released and didn't survive. Her babies are healthy and safe with us. But if she had received immediate medical care, she would still be with us and her babies.
